Join us for One Night In Sapporo
Owner Brody Petersen LOVES to take to the slopes of Japan. Thwarted for another year, he has decided to bring Sapporo to Sydney, for one night only.
Join us on Wednesday 20th April for a 7-course Japanese feast with bottomless Sapporo beer and Toki Highballs for 2.5 hours. Have chopsticks at the ready as you try our seared salmon maki with amadare and crispy leek, our famous wagyu & cheese gyozas with chili garlic and our twice-cooked half chicken with truffle dashi mash and sesame green beans.
These dishes will warm you from the inside out, and pair well with an ice cold Sapporo beer or a refreshing Suntory Toki Whisky Highball.
Tickets are $120pp. We recommend getting in quick to avoid disappointment.
