Join us for a night of whisky business

Winter nights call for two of our favourite things - wagyu and whisky. That’s why we’ve put together an epic 7-course feast with 4 matching whiskies. A night of smoke-infused dishes, smokey whisky and even a smoking jacket if you feel like getting fancy.

The night will kick off with Sydney Rock oysters served with a smoky soy mignonette. Followed by seared salmon maki with crispy leek, the umami flavours are bold and inviting. Each dish is paired with a matching whisky, providing nuance and intrigue to the carefully considered dishes.

For the main enjoy slow cooked wagyu beef cheek with pickled vegetables and our signature truffle dashi mash. To finish, you’ll be treated to a matcha cake with white chocolate and hazelnut praline.

Tickets are $140pp and bookings are essential.
