For goodness saké

What better way to enjoy Japanese food than with Japan’s national beverage, saké.

Join us for an exquisite 7-course degustation paired with 4 matching sakés, a yuzushu palate cleanser and matcha umeshu to finish. Each dish boasts delicate flavours and careful nuances, so as not to overpower the subtle distinctions of each saké.

Enjoy the Chef’s selection of sashimi to start paired with Amanoto Junmai Ginjo. You’ll then be treated to prawn tempura with dashi broth and bottarga as well as our signature wagyu & cheese gyoza with chili garlic and lemon soy.

For the main we will be pairing cedar grilled black cod, finger lime miso and crispy leek with Tsukinokatsura Honjozo. A unique sake, you can expect silky texture and juicy flavours, with just a hint of caramel to finish.

The degustation will be hosted in Busby Private Dining. The perfect intimate environment for such a special degustation. Tickets are $160pp and seating is limited. Booking ahead is essential.
