Join us for a night of whisky business
Autumn is fast approaching, and with it our annual 5-course whisky dinner. A night of smoke-infused dishes, smokey whisky and even a smoking jacket if you feel like getting fancy.
The night will kick off with Sydney Rock oysters served with a smoky soy mignonette. Followed by spicy tuna maki with garlic soy and tenkatsu, the umami flavours are bold and inviting. Each dish is paired with a matching whisky, providing nuance and intrigue to the carefully considered dishes.
For the main enjoy twice-cooked free range half chicken served with charred leek, dashi rice and furikake. Paired with Laphroaig’s 10yo sherry cask, it’s winner winner chicken dinner.
To finish, you’ll be treated to a whisky verrine with coconut crumb and coffee mousse. Rich and decadent, it’s sinfully good.
