Busby Private Dining Presents… Gin Lane!
In light of National Gin Week (November 15 - November 20), Riley St Garage is hosting a speakeasy supper of Prohibition gin cocktails and Japanese feasting.
With botanicals of juniper, blood orange and bergamot guiding the menu you can expect delights such as Sydney Rock Oysters with tosazu, blood orange and ginger granita, Honeybush Cured Kingfish with finger lime and yuzu dressing and even a deconstructed Cheesecake with gin and tonic granita!
The show stopper cocktail of the night is the Prohibition Luge Martini, which truly packs a punch. However, with the Moonlight Collins and Octane Gimlet on hand, there’s no shortage of Prohibition Gin cocktails to accompany the meal. Scroll down to see the full menu.
Bookings are essential, so rally your fellow gin lovers for a night that promises to be high octane.
