Cocktail 1: Mikan Tang $30 (Serves 2)
Tanqueray gin, mandarin & cardamom oleo, mandarin juice and soda. “Refreshing sweetness and moreish spice, some sunshine in winter”

Cocktail 2: Blood Orange Margarita $35 (Serves 2)
El Jimador blanco, apricot liqueur, lime, blood orange. “Vitamin C and booze, keeps the winter engine turning over!”

Cocktail 3: Drift King Old Fashioned $35 (Serves 3)
Johnnie Walker black label, barrel aged bitters, bay leaf & green tea reduction. “Light smoke with round sweetness and tannins. An Old Fashioned with a little extra get up and go”

Cocktail 4: White Negroni $35 (Serves 3)
Roku gin, Suze gentian aperitif, Cocchi Americano, yuzushu. “Bitter punch with bright yuzu citrus”
